We Stand Behind the Work
Post-mitigation testing is included on every installation. If the results don't meet our standard — below the EPA action level, with most systems well below 2.0 pCi/L — we come back and fix it. The job isn't done until the numbers say it's done.

Jeff Squire

Jeff is the Founder of Bozeman Radon and has been living a dream 2023. He currently holds his Radon Mitigation Specialist and Radon Measurement Professional certifications through the NRPP. The care he takes on the job, and instills in his team, is met with craftsmanship that's often ignored in the remediation/mitigation space. His approach is thoughtful and intentional, “Treat everyone like they’re your grandmother.” Jeff’s family moved to Bozeman in 1998, and comes from a big hunting household. When he and his dog Bart aren’t swimming or chasing down rabbits, Jeff enjoys time in the arts & theater scenes here in Bozeman and Livingston, getting into some old man baseball, or getting his hands busy on the farm.

Co Founder of Bozeman Radon, Ian has been here since 2024. He has his Radon Mitigation Specialist and Radon Measurement Professional certifications through the NRPP. A craftsman by trade and perfectionist at heart, Ian treats every home as if it were my own; focusing on clean aesthetics, lasting performance, and a process built on trust, communication, education, and doing things the right way. Originally from Three Forks, MT. When he isn’t working, Ian and his wife spend their time outside in the amazing place they get to call home. “I am beyond blessed to work with the team that I do and to get to do so in a way that has such a positive impact on our community's health and homes.”
Julia Montalbano
Office Manager
Julia has been with Bozeman radon since their beginning in 2024. With a background in behavioral psychology, her previous career involved work as a marine mammal trainer, primarily focused on work with dolphins. As a front of communication, she believes there is always a solution, “Honest communication and intentional actions ensure the best possible outcomes.” Living in Saint Augustine, FL, Julia enjoys anything involving the outdoors, specifically by the ocean with her husband and two kids. She spends as much time as possible in New England where she grew up, at home gardening, or tucked away with a good book.
Taylor Pipkins
Service Manager
Taylor is new to the radon industry with two years of previous experience doing similar work at a refinery. She has a certification in shipping hazardous materials, and her precision in her new role shows. Coming from a refinery and dealing with federal projects, her high level of care and attention to detail shines in all of her work. She also doesn’t hesitate to ask herself "How would I feel if this were my house and my family's health?" Growing up in Illinois and Washington State, she regularly travels back to WA to visit her mom, brother, and nieces. Additionally she volunteers as a firearms instructor and is working on getting her NRA Instructor certification. When she isn’t busy with family or volunteer work, you can often find her at a rodeo, with her boyfriend, or running with her dog.
Lane Hitchcock
Lead Tech
Lane is a mitigation tech that has been in the industry since 2023. His certifications include water, mold, and asbestos remediation, and soon to be radon. He wants homeowners to know that he approaches his work carefully and plans well before starting, slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Originally from the Great Falls area, his life outside work is fairly simple and easygoing. Most of his family is still in the area working various construction jobs.
Jason Sadabseng
Apprentice
Jason has been with Bozeman Radon since 2026 and is learning the ropes quickly. He is currently working on his Radon certifications through NRPP. He approaches his work with a plan in mind and is ready to implement changes to make things simpler or more efficient depending on the situation. On his days off you can find Jason hiking, working on cars and spending time with friends in Bozeman.

Bart, AKA good boy is always on a mission to keep the office in high spirits. You will often find him parading around with Jeff on job sites, work trips, or in the office.
